Welcome to Nottinghamshire NOVA Basketball Club
Now almost 30 years old, Nottinghamshire NOVA Basketball Club works with young children/athletes/adults in Nottinghamshire to provide National League training, games and competitive tournaments.
We’re a non-profit organisation run by volunteers (to serve the community) and manage a solid development programme – to increase players’ skills, ability, fitness and athleticism; as well as leadership, teamwork, dedication and communication.

Nottinghamshire (Notts) NOVA Teams
Our teams are split across the following age groups, which compete nationally throughout the season:
- Mini-NOVA (player development squad for boys & girls, aged 7-12)
- NOVA Under 13’s (U13)
- NOVA Under 14’s (U14)
- NOVA Under 15’s (U15)
- NOVA Under 16’s (U16)
- NOVA Under 18’s (U18)
- NOVA ‘Ball Again’ (non-National League recreational programme)
The NOVA U13 to U18 Teams are made up of talented boys/men from across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, and play regularly against the best teams in England, such as: Birmingham, Manchester, Derby, Northampton, and many more.
